Lifetime Warranty
Material defects and mechanical failure are covered for the lifetime of the product.
If the button won’t release, the cap won’t catch, the pin breaks, or titanium or stainless components corrode prematurely — we’ll replace it. No charge, and we cover return shipping.

- Premature corrosion of titanium and stainless components
What’s not covered
- Cosmetic wear from normal use
- Damage from misuse (e.g., a 5/8″ pin in a hitch sized for 3/4″)
- Loss of the pin
Damaged or Defective on Arrival
If your pin arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We’ll ship a replacement immediately and email a prepaid return label for the damaged pin.
Refund Timeline
- Returns inspected within 2 business days of receipt
- Refund processed the same day to your original payment method
- Funds typically post 5–7 business days later, depending on your bank or card processor

Easiest path: return your pin for a refund and place a new order for the right product. We’ll ship the new pin as soon as it’s ordered — no need to wait for the return to clear.
