What does it do?
It locks your trailer coupler so the trailer stays where you left it. The lock is built in. Body is heat-treated 17-4 stainless steel, handle is red-anodized aircraft-grade aluminum.
Can it use the same key as my hitch pin?
Yes. The bundle pairs it with the Titanium Hitch Pin, keyed alike. One key for both.
Will it rust?
It is rust resistant. The body is heat-treated 17-4 stainless steel and the handle is red-anodized aircraft-grade aluminum, so the finish does not corrode.
Does it need maintenance?
No grease. Wash it when you wash the truck and dry it off. Every so often, give the lock cylinder a shot of WD-40. That is the whole list.
